In addition to traditional stays in California, OUI CONNECT gives young english people the opportunity to live in another American state (from Utah to Florida, via Oregon or Colorado, etc.). NB: OUI CONNECT matches the participant with the host family and therefore chooses the state in which the latter will stay..

- As part of the “ELSEWHERE in the USA” program, the vast majority of families have already hosted a young person. They have therefore already “proven their worth.” We know they are open, available, curious about foreign countries, and enthusiastic about the idea of sharing a moment of life with a young French person again;
- The living spaces selected by OUI CONNECT are located in the heart of a warm, sincere, and authentic America.

- The states selected by OUI CONNECT are renowned for their beauty, grandeur, and attractiveness. Utah, Arizona, Texas, Florida, North Carolina, Nevada, and Oregon are home to most of America’s National Parks and legendary sites (Grand Canyon, Zion Park, Monument Valley, Las Vegas, Miami, etc.).
- These states all top the list of Americans’ favorite vacation spots: it’s a good place to live or stay.
A lower cost
- Life in California is quite expensive. It’s less so in all these states in the heartland.
- In the height of summer, the cost of a plane ticket is generally higher to California than to other destinations.
- These two factors naturally lower the cost of stays with this package.
